1.The main extruder of PU Pneumatic hose production line is driven by high-precision hard tooth surface reducer, and the screw barrel is made of high strength nitride alloy steel (38CrMoALA) or high strength quenched alloy steel (9Cr18MoV). The main extruder is driven by Siemens motor, with low noise and reliable quality. Besides, it adopt temperature-controlled meter to realize precise temperature control of equipment; it adopt frequency conversion control.
2.High precision extrusion mould, extrusion mould is S136, with the corresponding sizing set, precise product size;
3.The main body of stainless steel cooling water tank adopts imported SUS304 material; The water tank frame adopts spiral elevator device, which can be adjusted up, down and around 3d, convenient operation; Equipped with stainless steel water storage tank and stainless steel special centrifugal pump, cooling water circulation, saving water resources.
4.The tractor adopts high precision ball guide system, single screw center high adjustment, tensioning adjustment, high efficiency, high stability surface foam PU multi-wedge belt, low inertia multi-wedge belt, high efficiency and precision worm gear reducer transmission, high precision frequency conversion controller, traction speed adjustable.
5.Winding machine: with automatic meter function, direct packaging shipment. (The winding machine is driven by torque motor and controlled by constant tension)
