2. PVC Reinforced Pipe Introduction
PVC reinforced pipe is a hose whose inner and outer layers are made of PVC material. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, pressure resistance, tensile resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, softness, lightness and durability.

Production process of PVC reinforced pipes:
Inner tube extrusion → traction → wrapping yarn → wrapping outer layer → cooling to finalize → traction → winding/cutting

5. Machine Features
5.1 SHSJ-65 Single Screw Extruder
The production line adopts the SHSJ-65 extruder, which has the characteristics of high precision and high production capacity.

The screw and barrel are made of high-strength alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, and its surfaces are treated with nitriding and polishing. The thickness of the nitriding layer reaches 0.5-0.7 mm, and the surface hardness reaches HRC63±2.

The Screw is specially designed for PVC materials to ensure the plasticizing effect of raw materials, uniform wall thickness and high gloss of products.

5.2 High Precision Extrusion Mould
The extrusion mould is made of imported S316 material, which has high strength and can realize precise extrusion under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

5.3 Six Meters Vacuum Cooling Water Tank
The cooling water tank is formed by bending SUS304 stainless steel, and the closed structure of fully tempered glass ensures hygienic and dust-free production conditions;

Vacuum-assisted forming technology ensures the accuracy and roundness of the pipe;

Equipped with an air ring drying device, the cooling water in the production process can be recycled without splashing the ground;

5.4 Belt Tractor
The tractor adopts wear-resistant multi-wedge belt, with small vibration, ensuring stable traction speed, and the belt does not slip and has no noise during the traction process;

5.5 Yarn Winding Machine
Using American technology, high-speed operation without continuous thread, no flying yarn.
Built-in light, light on when open door.
Automatic sliding door device (upper and lower guide rails)
