1. Machine Introduction
The corrugated pipe extrusion production line is an equipment independently developed by Songhu for the preparation of corrugated pipes. The equipment uses a special screw with good plasticizing effect, stable extrusion and high production efficiency.
The production line adopts a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, and the molding machine has a gear transmission module. It can achieve excellent product cooling, ensuring high-speed molding of corrugated pipes, uniform corrugations, and smooth inner and outer pipe walls.
This production line is mainly used to produce various single-wall corrugated pipes with diameters from 4mm to 110mm. Suitable for PVC, PP, PE, PA and other materials.
2. Corrugated Pipe Introduction
Conventional materials: PA, PP, PE.
The process flow of corrugated pipe production line is:
Raw material pellets→plastic extruder→mold→molding machine→finished product
Features: Corrugated pipe has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength and good flexibility.
Uses: Corrugated pipes are widely used in the wiring connection of machine tool machinery and electrical box of control cabinets, as protective sleeves for automotive wiring harnesses, electronics, and mechanical wiring harnesses, hookah pipes, air-conditioning and washing machine drains, etc.

Main Extruder
The Main extruder adopts a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, which has a stable extrusion volume and can continuously extrude materials. It is equipped with an automatic feeding machine to save labor.
The screw and barrel are made of high-strength 38CrMoALA material, the surface is polished and nitrided, the thickness of the nitrided layer is 0.4~0.7mm, and the surface hardness is HV850~940.
The control system adopts Delta frequency conversion controller and Siemens motor to automatically control the temperature, and supports 6-zone heating control, with stable heating and fast speed.

High Speed Forming Machine
Adopt Delta inverter, support Delta PLC touch screen control.
The guide rail adopts 38CrMoAlA material, the circumference can be adjusted manually, and it supports up, down, left, and right movement, and the moving distance between front and back is 600mm.
