PETG Transparent Plastic Cylinder Tube Extrusion Line is used to produce electronic smoking pipe and profiles which are widely used in electronic cigarettes and other fields. The raw materials are mainly PCTG, PVC, PETG, PC and other engineering plastic raw materials.

The production line includes high-efficiency single-screw main extruder, precision pipe extrusionmould,shaping table, tractor machine, and precision cutting machine. The specially designed screw and barrel are suitable for the processing of PCTG, PVC, PETG, PC and other plastics. To ensure the accuracy and stability of the electronic smoking pipe size,the imported steel is used to make the high-precision processing pipe shaping mould;Imported Taiwan ball screw cutting mode can achieve each section length +/-0.5mm precise cutting.
