1. Machine Introduction
PE Purified tube production line is an equipment independently developed by Songhu for the production of PE Purified tubes. It is equipped with a high-precision laser diameter gauge, which can produce high-precision PE Purified tubes.

2. PE Purified Tube Introduction

PE Purified tube is a plastic water pipe used in water purifiers, which has strict requirements on materials and processes. It uses a food-grade PE polyethylene material, which is a flexible water pipe produced through high temperature, fusion, and molding. It has good elasticity, is not easy to corrode, and the internal circulation is also very smooth. It is the most ideal pure water delivery pipeline for water purifiers.

The material of PE Purified tube: PE is a kind of vinyl plastic, which is widely used in all aspects of life. Usually used plastic bags, disposable lunch boxes, plastic wrap, etc. are all PE plastic.

According to the size of the joint, the PE pipe is divided into 1/4’’ tubes and 3/8’’ tubes.

5. Machine Features

5.1 Main Extruder
The production line adopts the SHSJ-65 main extruder independently developed by Songhu, which has the characteristics of high precision and high production capacity.

The screw and barrel are made of high-strength alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, and its surfaces are treated with nitriding and polishing. The thickness of the nitriding layer reaches 0.5-0.7 mm, and the surface hardness reaches HV850-940.

It is specially designed for PE materials to ensure the plasticizing effect of raw materials, uniform wall thickness and high gloss of products.

5.2 Extrusion Mould
The extrusion mould is made of imported S316 material, which has high strength and can realize precise extrusion under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

The mould has 2 specifications:
Outer diameter 6.4mm, inner diameter 4mm, accuracy +/-0.1mm;
Outer diameter 9.5mm, inner diameter 6.4mm, accuracy +/-0.1mm;

5.3 Six Meters Cooling Water Tank
The cooling water tank is formed by bending SUS304 stainless steel, and the closed structure of fully tempered glass ensures hygienic and dust-free production conditions;

Vacuum-assisted forming technology ensures the accuracy and roundness of the pipe;

Equipped with an air ring drying device, the cooling water in the production process can be recycled without splashing the ground;

5.4 Haul-Off Machine
The production line adopts PU flexible V-ribbed belt, with small vibration, ensuring stable traction speed, and the belt does not slip and has no noise during the traction process;

Microcomputer control tractor, microcomputer digital centralized control, high control precision.

Driven by double servo motors, the traction power is stable, safe and reliable.

5.5 Laser Diameter Measuring Gauge
Using laser scanning technology, the outer diameter can be accurately measured and the outer diameter changes can be monitored in real time.

The winding length can be set freely, with automatic shutdown protection function

The machine runs smoothly and rolls neatly.

The machine can be customized according to the size required by customers.
